Shipping policy :

All items that are in stock are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order(excluding weekends, and holidays of course). If an item is ordered, and it is out of stock, you will be notified of the shortage, and given the option of having the order shipped incomplete, or held until backordered item arrives.

Return Policy :

We will refund, or replace any item that is defective, or otherwise not in factory condition. We gladly will refund the purchase price for any unused item (less shipping). We cannot issue a refund for a product that has been used, unless it is determined to be defective.

In these cases a replacement item will be supplied. We only ask that you contact us in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, and give us a fair opportunity to try to make it right.
